Service Pack 1 Update - Escaping The Reboot Loop


Uninstall the last few Vista Updates Reboot Turn off Automatic updates until they resolve this issue.This reboot loop happened on two of my computers (both are different types of systems completly).  Failed to Update Internet Explorer - Service Pack 1 needed I have a A665-S6086 Satellite Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bits). THere is a solution in Vista. If you don't feel like messing around with your system settings, download Microsoft's automated fix, MicrosoftFixit50319, and install it. my review here

I even tried making an Image of windows 7 with service pack 1 on my laptop to try and update my pc via that image file but it wont upgrade...
