change the setting to complete memory dump, and tick overwrite any existing file (default). My IT person updated the video drivers for me. I've used everywindows program since "95" and have never had this experience. So I think some driver is corrupt somewhere.
Unfortunately i don't have a Windows installation disk, i never got one with my laptop... Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. You may just need to take it in to a trustworthy tech shop and have them look at it. the easyest way to fix it is to disable it in control panel , and tjek if thats helps.
