On your old system what OS were you running? But Samsung has a major issue after reading this thread. It did this repeatedly for about 45 sec....then it returned to the volume all the way down...then all the way up etc, etc....i nearly threw my phone across the gym. I'd love to continue using your service, but make it f-ing usable!!! When I switched to bluetooth headphones, this has stopped happening. Also, sometimes it goes back and forth extremely rapidly, like up and down several times per second, almost like static. Thanks for the input, everyone!
