I'm using a RAID system (Intel® RSTe). This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA). Look for both errors and warnings but hopefully it will let you know which component is failing. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules. Also BSOD's tell you where the problem happened and while this is not always the root cause it can normally give you a hint as to where to look.
