Apps Sometimes Minimize


ANd when I minimize a window it does not go to the task bar as it should. If I just wait to do anything until I think the minimizing "happens", then there's no issues after that. What can be doing this? I would have never guessed it was the Fast Connect...sorry I couldn't provide the links since I hadn't been verified. http://gagc.net/windows-10/windows-minimize-on-their-own.php

It's not just one game either, it seems to be pretty much all of them. Once I figure out my issue I'll try to put together a post with commonly known issues that causes games to minimize and fixes for them. I tried disabling updated on anti-virus, drivers, and window updated but no luck. But now we are discussing a different, though related symptom.
