My second monitor is a LG Flatron TN panel with an hdmi>DVI input, with a generic windows driver. I hit troubleshoot and enter Safe Mode with Networking, and go to control panel, display adapters, click my graphics card, and roll back the driver once. I guess what I'm saying is that you might want to try using the Win 7 driver for the Intel HD 4000 and see if it works.

Uninstaller said it couldn't uninstall any Nvidia-related software without any information on the reason. Symptom was primary display blue and right display black with no way out.
Not happening on other monitor. had to restore. Had to start my computer in Safe Mode and it couldn't detect a restore point, so I uninstalled NVidia completely, restarted the computer and all was well. Since your card works with W7, the problem suggests issues with your installed W10 drivers, not Windows 10 or the card itself. Ask ! If me, from the W10 side I would uninstall the W10 drivers completely, reboot, and install them again (using the "clean install" option) and see what happens. I had to access the command prompt and revert to the legacy bootmenupolicy. but when i try to put that resolution, its like the image is overzoomed, and even trying to escale with the options, it still being out of the screen.my xrandr output:Screen click site Right!!

I had the "TDR" failure and had to boot into safe mode and use a system restore point.
