I bought this PC for its spec and speed, which I hoped would last me a lot of years. Don't know. Also tried reinstalling my drivers, did not work. After the Windows 8 logo, screen went black and nothing then, I can just wait and watch black screen, nothing happens. More about the author

My second monitor is a LG Flatron TN panel with an hdmi>DVI input, with a generic windows driver. I hit troubleshoot and enter Safe Mode with Networking, and go to control panel, display adapters, click my graphics card, and roll back the driver once. I guess what I'm saying is that you might want to try using the Win 7 driver for the Intel HD 4000 and see if it works.
