In windows 10, I am not able to see the USB key, instead there are multiple USB related folders in regedit. Hard to say without having my hands on it. Reply Guy May 6, 2015 at 6:32 pm Hi Danila, Does any other USB drive work in the laptop? My laptop (Lenovo yoga 14, Windows 10) has 3 USB ports. You may want to try the SFC /SCANNOW command in the Windows command prompt. You don’t want to create a hardware problem if you don’t already have one.

If not, just buy a new cheap USB cable from Amazon: A to B, A to Micro B, A to Mini B, or A to A. This is a fairly rare problem, but Second time this had happened...
