Two partitions will be necessary because of the MBR limitation. When the drive has completed formatting it will display as a healthy drive with the size and type of partition below the volume name and drive letter. Heard that XP is no longer supported. Assuming it is mechanical, in the Hiren's Boot Screen, choose Dos Programs, and Hard Drive Tools. Now set its value to any of following as per your requirements: 0 - To show drive letters after drive names (Default) 1 - To show local drive letters after drive Thanks in advance.
