I can show the screen for booting in safemode f8 but can not move to option of safemode because my arrow keys don't work. I dont know what I had- it wouldnt even let me do ANY thing including desktop background- just blue. Finally, after Startup Repair ran completely (it took about four hours), it asked me to restart and then Windows 7 started up fine then. I attached hdd to other clean and safe pc, checked with nod32 and malwarebytes, nothing was found, I copied the userinit.exe reatached hdd and tadaaaaaaaaa its working.
