So should I reinstall win7 again? Make sure that: #1 - the monitor is connected to the vga card #2 - All the power cords are in the card The old drivers may be generic Nvidia ones, This setting should be "Enable If No Ext PEG". I purchased this PC two years ago from Walmart.
