solved please help ! I am having the exact same issue as you and haven't found any fix. When I 'upgraded' to Win10, the 4 drives connected by SATA/USB adapters, are not recognized. You'll have to be running OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) or higher or Windows XP or higher. In Disk management you can see the device appear and the disappear every 30 seconds or so.
