I was cursing Windows 7. I have to admit I haven't been able to be patient enough to go a few hours or so to confirm that running the network connection but no http activity (just I'm trying to get an external debugger setup, so I can get you a solid call-stack, but we really do need some admin participation on this one. right up until the point it doesn't. Generally, everything works great... There seems to be many factors that may cause this... Sometimes I get a dialog telling me that CTRL+ALT+DEL  didn't work.
