What I did was I went to properties on my computer, Advanced, then Startup and Recovery, and unchecked the Automatically Restart option to be able to see the problem, 'cause the Reboot to see if the issue is fixed. I am not a professional (not even close), so couldn't even understand how to follow the instructions given here. You will not be stuck with a half installed Windows 10. weblink

I unchecked everytthing in MSCONFIG Startup tab and restarted.
