Perhaps there are compatability-issues with Windows 7? Does this only occur after the game is running for a while or is the duration the game is running before crash random? I do understand not passing those tests means the harddrive has issues, but still... You can try different drivers, use a gpu monitor such as Hwmonitor or MSI afterburner to watch temp etc and see whats happening. Pretty sure it is as I typed it though. I also found 8 PUP's after running malwarebytes and removed them, but evertyime I restart and run the scan again, 1 of the PUP's returns.

No crashes. I just wondered if they might have been corrupted, although I suppose the blue screens were signs that where they were stored, they could no longer be written to. The crash took place in the Windows kernel. The BSOD doesn't always happen in-game.
For example, installing additional graphics mods may expose latent bugs which can cause a BSoD. I can understand the game crashing to desktop but a bluescreen? Now however, after playing Skyrim it happens a lot more. My CPU is reaching 90 degrees celsuis.
